Our region
Every day our service engineers set out from Hilversum in the BOS service vans. Most plants in the Netherlands, Flanders and western Germany are a short drive away, and we regularly work in Wallonia and across Germany too. Because our engineers work on the same types of machine week in, week out, they know your homogeniser inside out.
Parts come straight from our own stock in Hilversum, so diagnosis, parts and repair come from one team.
Service area
Our engineers travel the whole of the Netherlands and Belgium, from Groningen to Liège, and across Germany, from Hamburg to Munich.
BOS has a strong position in Germany: more than 50 BOS machines run there day and night. Dairy, food, pharma and chemical plants in all three countries can count on short lines, engineers who know the machines, and a fast response when it matters.
What we do on site
Diagnosis and repair at your line, with parts from our stock. For contract customers 24/7.
Scheduled inspections, valve and seal replacement and wear checks, so problems are found before they stop production.
Placing, connecting and starting up new and refurbished homogenisers, including a test run.
Larger repairs on site or in our Hilversum workshop, and hydraulic and control upgrades for older machines.
Annual testing and certification of the safety valve, documented for your audit.
Hands-on instruction for your operators and maintenance team, on your own machine.

Our customers
Our engineers are familiar faces at large producers such as FrieslandCampina and Abbott. Whether it is a dairy plant that runs around the clock or a pharma line with strict validation requirements, we know what is at stake when a homogeniser stops.
We work just as hard for medium-sized dairies, food producers and laboratories. What large and small customers have in common: they want a machine that keeps running, and a partner who picks up the phone.
From FrieslandCampina's dairy plants to Abbott's nutrition production: on-site service in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is what we do every day.

Worldwide
BOS customers and partners are spread across the world. For on-site work our region is the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, but for major problems we do get on a plane: when a critical machine stops and local help is not enough, a BOS engineer flies out.
Wherever your homogeniser runs, our support never stops: by phone, by video call, through the BISC portal and through our network of 64 partners.
