Is it really free?
Yes. The RSPL is free and without obligation. We do it because customers who know their parts can order faster – and that is good for both of us.
What do you do with my manual?
We use it only to build your RSPL and to support your machine. We do not share it with third parties.
My manual is larger than 100 MB. What now?
Use both upload fields (100 MB each), or paste a download link from WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive in the form.
I don't have a manual. Can you still help?
Probably. Upload a photo of the nameplate and fill in the serial number. With 75 years of experience with Gaulin, Rannie, APV and BOS machines, we can often find the right documentation.
